ORACLE A moved six points clear in the Oxford & District League Premier Division after a 4-2 home win against Masons, writes PETE EWINS.
Mark Trafford (17,430), Pauline Withey (6,160) and Brian Rose (6,660) made it 3-0, before Alan Lowe pulled a game back.
Trafford and Rose won the first pairs to seal victory, before Lowe and Brian Rose replied for Masons.
Vikings still lead Division 1 after a 4-2 victory at Headington Con Club.
Mike Jones, Alan Oliver and Allan Lacey all won their singles.
Graham Mildenhall made it 3-1 before the pairs were shared.
Division 2 leaders Gladiators were held to a 3-3 home draw against West Oxford Democrats Club. Billy Hill and Terry Green won for the visitors, with Paul Butcher and Bert Lovegrove replying.
Berinsfield Club beat Oracle B 4-2, Adam Ingram top-scoring with 4,750.
