SPARTAN Rangers moved off the foot of the Witney & District FA Premier Division table after they shocked
high-flying Minster Lovell 3-1.
Sam Wright netted for the hosts, but goals from Callum Hampson, Cody Davies and Henry Clarke gave Spartan the points.
Dan Bott hit a hat-trick for Middle Barton, but they were held 3-3 by visitors Moreton Rangers, who hit back through Robbie Shurmer, Jamie O’Hara and Javan Nurse.
In Division 2, leaders Minster Lovell Res marched on with a 3-0 win at Brize Norton.
Gary Mitchell’s brace led the way, with Russell Whitlock also on target.
Charlbury Town Res
edged out visitors Corinthians 5-4.
Mitchell Faulkner (2), Lee Stefanovic, Sean Godfrey and Dom Hemmings found the net, with Harry Purfitt (2), Richard Miller and Tom Cattanach hitting back.

FC Hollybush moved into the fourth round of the John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield after a thrilling 3-2 win at Carterton Town A.
Brad Bryant, John Andrews and Craig Mays’s penalty secured Hollybush’s victory, with Connor Kelly and Ben Liddle replying.
Hailey brushed aside visitors Carterton Rangers 4-0.
Their goals came from Jack Wood, Paul Read, Tom Gregory and Freddie Buckingham.
A brace for Connor O’Shea helped Bampton United to a 2-1 win at fellow Witney FA side Kingham All Blacks, for whom Gaz Price replied.
Charlbury eased through as they saw off hosts Witney Royals 3-0, thanks to strikes from Kieran Watts, Craig McCallum and Josh Hunt.

Freeland are the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division leaders after a 3-0 victory against Middleton Cheney.
Danny Taylor put them in front on 17 minutes, heading into an empty net after good work from Ben Weller.
Tom McCudden doubled Freeland’s lead and Simon Calley completed the scoring, stooping to head in a Tom McCudden corner.
