Jack Dunmall levelled, before second-half strikes from Ryan Markham, Steve Robertson and Harvey Scholes sealed a fine victory.
Elsewhere, Shrivenham eased to a 4-1 victory over Longlevens, but Abingdon United lost 3-1 at home to Brackley Town Saints.
In Division 1 East, Abingdon Town went down 3-2 at Wokingham & Emmbrook, while Wallingford lost 3-1 at home to AFC Aldermaston and Chinnor were thumped 5-0 at Holyport.
