SNOOKER: An inspired performance from Karl Walker helped Abingdon Conservative Club A maintain their 100 per cent record at the top of the Oxford & District League Premier Division, when beating Thame A 5-1.
Walker recorded a superb break of 74 – the best of the season – in his 2-0 victory.
Teammate Ross Barker won by the same scoreline, winning his frames
74-16, 54-47, while Mick Bennett drew 1-1.
