Mark Ryder scored Vikings' other goal, with George Seacole replying for Carterton.
In the B League, a double from Will Cook, plus strikes from Liam Floyd and Joe Hazell gave Eynsham Youth a 4-2 victory over Moreton Rangers.
In the Under 14 A League, Hanborough rattled up a magnificent seven as they saw off Highfield Juniors 7-2.
Lewis White, Ali Williams and George Akers all netted doubles, with Alex Clifford also on target.
Kevin Earl smashed a four-timer as Chesterton Juniors thrashed Middleton Cheney 11-1 in the B League.
Nathaniel Wickson added a hat-trick, with Matt Salmon and Aaron Edwards both scoring twice.
Tom Weedon bagged a brace as North Leigh edged out local rivals Tower Hill 3-2 in an exciting Under 13 A League encounter.
James Turner netted North Leigh's other goal, with James Gough and Charlie Waite replying.
A hat-trick from Harry Clanfield led Launton Boys to a 9-0 victory at North Leigh in the Under 12 A League.
Lauren Haynes and Ben Tapping chipped in with doubles, with Tom Hartley and Connor Tallis also on target.
In the Under 11 A League, Giorgio Rasulo smashed a five-timer as Bloxham eased to a 10-0 victory at Yarnton Blues.
Tom Smith and Lee Rogers both chipped in with doubles, with an own goal completing the scoring.
In the B League, Chipping Norton Town Swifts came from behind to beat Hook Norton 3-1.
Their goals came from Harry Lewis, Jamie Weston and Danny Case.
Karl Prichard, Jake Prichard and Thomas Brook scored the goals as Bampton Town beat Bicester Town Colts 3-0 in the Under 10 A League.
In the B League, Charlie Bateman netted a brace as Highfield Juniors beat Wychwood 5-1.
Joe Swadling, Brad Wyatt and Jordan Poole were also on target.
In the C League, Craig Charles and Jake Knapton were on target as Bloxham beat Banbury United 2-0.
George Kernaghan bagged a brace to help Launton Boys to a 4-0 victory over Bourton Rovers in the Under 9 A League.
Zarius Edwards-Giraud and Joel Laver were their other scores.
Ryan McKiver scored a hat-trick to help Charlton & District to a 3-0 victory over Brackley Town in the Under 8 Friendly North League.
