SERGEY Sirotkin is expecting a tough weekend at the Russian Grand Prix.
The 23-year-old, who drives for Grove-based Williams, takes to the grid for his first home race at Sochi Autodrom tomorrow.
But Sirotkin predicts he will have a busy couple of days in store.
He said: “There will be a lot of work to do, much more than compared with other weekends, so it’s going to be very intense.”
Nico Hulkenberg ended a barren run of three races without a point two weeks ago, but seeks improvement in his Enstone-based Renault.
He said: “I can only help but feel there was more out there for us in Singapore.”
Banbury-prepared Haas are 15 points behind fourth-placed Renault in the constructors’ standings with six races to go.
“It’s very exciting,” said driver Romain Grosjean. “I think it’s going to go until the end of the year.”
