TWO Blackbird Leys fighters starred for the Home Counties in a match against the RAF Military.
Djouli Mallereau got his side off to a flying start against Ben Clixby, of RAF Benson.
Catching his rival with a number of sharp punches, the Blackbird Leys member won all three rounds to take a unanimous decision.
Danils Bogatirjors then continued his club’s good form by seeing off Shannon Lenehan, from RAF Brize Nor-
ton.
After dominating the first round with his jab catching his opponent on numerous occasions, Bogatirjors also went on to win all rounds.
There was further reason to celebrate for the Blackbird Leys club when Keenan Dallimore and Daniel Robinson were both chosen to fight for Hoddeson ABC as guests in a match against a German select team in Munich.
Although both lost on split decisions, their efforts ensured their team were recognised on a wider scale.
