CONOR Redmond has become the latest player to commit his future to Oxford City Stars.
The forward, son of head coach Kenny Redmond, scored 13 goals and provided 26 assists in his first season with the club.
It helped them to a league and cup double and the 23-year-old is raring to go again.
He said: “I’m happy to have re-signed for Oxford this year.
“I enjoyed my first season with the club, playing in front of great fans every week, who really helped pull us through some games.
“I look forward to trying to build on what we achieved last season.”
Stars boss Kenny Redmond said: “It’s hard to comment on my son.
“Conor is a great team player and adapts to systems very well.
“He’s never a flash player as an individual, but his work rate and team attitude makes him a very important part of the club.”
