Corner House put themselves in contention for the Section 3 title in the Oxford & District League after winning 5-1 at home to rivals Cavalier.
They now lead the table by a single point, having lost just once.
Don Jenkins won the first game 2,280-1,200 and Alan Coleman replied for the visitors 1,360-1,070 to make it 1-1.
Bob Allsworth (5,600 and 2,880) took both of his games and was supported by Jenkins again with 1,600 and Dave Thomson (3,290) for victory.
In Section 2, Masons B continued their good form by winning all their games against struggling Gladiators Club.
Dave Butt (9,760 and 10,430), Ernie Smith (9,200 and 8,470) and Jason Smith (3,230) and (3,430) were victorious.
