Jacob Goddard bundled home the third, before Chalgrove replied with two quick-fire goals.
But strikes from Chris Horn and Reeves, who cut inside to curl into the top corner, made it 5-2 at half-time.
Watkin raced onto Chris Lowe’s long ball to round the goalkeeper and score his side’s sixth after the break.
Launton Sports and Horspath drew 1-1.
Brad Wyatt latched onto a Nick Alsworth pass and fired into the bottom corner to put Launton in front.
But Horspath equalised to earn a share of the spoils.
Their reserve sides were also in action, facing each other in the first round of the Oxfordshire Intermediate Cup, with Launton claiming a 4-1 away win.
Mark Scanes put the visitors in front, before the home side equalised after half-time.
Ben Dyer’s 25-yard free-kick restored Launton’s lead, before Nick Neal and Paul Lisseter found the net.
