Oxford United's Emirates FA Cup second round match at Macclesfield Town will be shown live on the BBC.
The U's will travel to Moss Rose on Friday, December 2 with a 7.55 kick-off.
The winners will earn a place in the third round and a potential clash with the big-guns of English football.
United will earn £72,000 from being televised, with an extra £27,000 should they win the match.
The U's beat Merstham 5-0 last weekend to reach the second round, earning £85,500 from that game, which was shown on BT Sport.
Macclesfield have already beaten a Sky Bet League One side in this year's competition, Walsall.
United's last trip to Macclesfield was in October 2011 when they drew 1-1 in League Two, with Rob Hall scoring a last-minute equaliser.
