Some miserly bowling from former England seamer Paul Taylor helped Banbury reach the regional final of the Cockspur Cup.
Taylor took 3-11 in 7.4 overs as Derbyshire hosts Dunstall fell 24 runs short of Banbury's 180 all out.
Banbury will now entertain Kidderminster Victoria in the Group 7 final on July 1.
Luke Ryan (36) and Jaimie Noble (35) put on 59 for the sixth wicket, which proved crucial for the visitors, who later collapsed from 148-6 to 156 all out.
Dunstall were without ex-England paceman Devon Malcolm, but at one stage needed 40 runs off seven overs with five wickets remaining.
