Marcham returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion with a crushing 236-run victory over Freeland in OCA League Division 2 on Saturday.

Alex Lamb smashed 103 and Matt Launchbury 98 as the leaders rattled up 260-9.

And it proved far too much for Freeland as they were shot out for a paltry 24, Jim McGeowan taking 5-16 and Andy Chalmers 4-9.

Elsewhere, the only other game to finish came at Letcombe, who brushed aside a weak Minster Lovell side by 77 runs.

They posted 164-8, Richard Taylor top-scoring with 45 and Shaun Cross taking 4-38.

Martin Turnbull (4-27), Dave Bowden (3-11) and Taylor (3-15) then ripped through Minster's batting as they were skittled for just 87.

Twyford march on at the top of Division 1 after they beat Hook Norton by 46 runs.

Batting first, Twyford were indebted to Henry Colver (84) and Tamzver Hussain (67no) as they rattled up 202-6.

Jason Heslington (4-39) and Inam ul-Haq (3-32) then bowled well to dismiss Hooky for 156.

Tetsworth moved ominously into second place with a 36-run win at Westbury.

Hyron Shallow (64) and Rocky Burke (47) helped Tetsworth to 182-8, Darren Gascoigne taking 4-58.

Westbury then fell for 146, Rolando Wright taking 3-18.

Shrivenham cruised to a six-wicket win over Charl- bury.

James Hill took 4-27 to restrict Charlbury to 185-7, Kev Duester top-scoring with 60. But Mark Whale (70no) and Surajit Banerjee (69) eased Shrivenham to the target.

In Division 3, East Oxford continued on their way towards the title with a crushing nine-wicket win against Stonesfield.

Mohammad Sarfraz took 6-19 in Stonesfield's 104 all out, then Tauqeer Hussain (55no) and Khurram Shaheen (38no) steered East Oxford to victory.Radley beat Broughton & North Newington by four wickets. Shivas Jogi was the star of the show, taking 3-24 in Broughton's 142 all out, then hitting 54 to see Radley over the winning line. Just one match finished in Division 4, where Oxford Rescue saw off West Witney by 31 runs. They were held to 118-8 on a seaming wicket, Martin Clutterbuck taking 5-35. But West Witney fared even worse after a heavy shower, tumbling to 87 all out, Richard Joiner claiming 3-23).

Wootton & Boars Hill were saved by the rain as they were facing a heavy defeat at West Ilsley. Chasing 206-8, Wootton were 80-7 when the heavens opened.

In Division 5, Charlbury 2nd gained their seventh successive win, edging past Chesterton by two wickets.

Charlie Sinton starred with bat and ball, taking 5-30 in Chesterton's 147 all out, then hitting 42 as Charlbury crept over the winning line.Dave Edwards hit 74 not out to help Chalgrove to a five-wicket win over East Oxford. Elsewhere, Hailey proved far too strong for a severely-weakened Minster Lovell 2nd as they cruised to a 104-run win. Paul King hit 68 in Hailey's 165 all out, Stuart O'Brien taking 5-34 and Andy Stock 4-34.

But Dan King (5-24) and Andy Woods (3-35) ripped through Minster's youthful line-up as they were shot out for just 61.

Danny Harding continued his one-man demolition job in Division 6 to help Chadlington to a seven-wicket win against Great Horwood 2nd.

The former Banbury man hit 121 not out as Chadlington chased a target of 172.

It was a father and son act for Stanton Harcourt as they saw off Horley 2nd by seven wickets.

Ollie Pascoe took 5-36 as Horley were restricted to 132-8, then father Chris hit 71 not out in an easy victory.

Twyford 2nd continue to emulate their first team as they cruised to another victory in Division 7.

Jack Deal (53), Ben Elkington (42) and Adam Bone (40) saw Twyford to 196 all out, than Bone took 5-7 and Deal 3-8 as Wantage were shot out for 45.

King's Sutton 2nd won a low-scoring affair against Chipping Norton by six wickets.

In Division 8, only two games were completed as the bad weather again took its toll.

Sunningwell saw off Kilkenny by five wickets.

Batting first, Kilkenny were restricted to 105-9, Gary Green taking 5-26.

Geoff Corps (37) was then the mainstay in Sunningwell's reply as they eased in at 106-5.

East & West Hendred 2nd won a thriller against Minster Lovell 3rd by two runs in Division 8.

Hendred posted 126-8 in between showers, and Minster could only manage 124-7 in a game reduced to 35 overs a side. In Division 9, East Oxford 3rd brushed aside Witney Swifts 2nd by 217 runs. Amir Faruq (86no) and Irwin Heinrich (75) helped East Oxford to 289-8, then Swifts tumbled to 72 all out. Watlington 2nd were shot out for just 30 as Uffington 2nd won by nine wickets.

In Division 10, Chadlington 2nd had two century-makers in their thumping 221-run win over Charlbury 3rd.

Simon Strong (137) and Paul Duester (106no) helped Chadlington to a massive 326-7, before Duester (3-6) and Simon Hunt (3-17) helped to dismiss Charlbury for 105 in reply.

Chipping Norton 2nd cruised to a six-wicket win over Eynsham 3rd.
