Janaid Khan claimed a hat-trick as Horspath booked their place in finals day with a five-wicket victory over Shipton in the quarter-final of the Oxon Under 13 Ron Maudsley Trophy.
Khan finished with figures of 4-6 as Shipton were dismissed for 67, Maneeb Rashid chipping in with 3-19.
Horspath lost a handful of wickets chasing the small target, but they eased home.
Minster Lovell reached the last four as they defeated Buscot Park by six wickets.
Elliott Crowther took 4-10 as Buscot were shot out for 42, Daniel Ford chipping in with 3-16.
Great & Little Tew crashed out as they were beaten by Banbury.
Clarke Berry led Banbury's assault, taking 3-15 as Tew were bowled out for just 34.
Banbury then eased home at 36-1.
Thame beat East & West Hendred by 30 runs and now meet Kennington in the quarter-finals.
