Andrew Tolson hit 68 as Oxfordshire under 11s had the better of a draw with Berkshire in their latest friendly at Great & Little Tew.
Batting first, Oxon lost Markus Jeacock early for three, but a fine 112-run partnership between Tolson and opener Daniel Scott-Kerr set them up for a big total.
However, the pair then both fell in quick succession, and only Miles Hammond got into double figures as Oxon closed on 155-6.
Hammond was the star with the ball for Oxon as Berkshire settled for a draw.
He returned fine figures of 3-31 from his eight overs, with Ben Hebbert taking 2-14.
As Berkshire fell behind the run rate, it was clear that only Oxon could win the game.
But despite a late flurry of wickets, the visitors held on for a draw.
