John Campbell will be Witney's head coach next season after taking over from Matt Watts.
Campbell steps up from his role as forwards coach, while Phil Harper will look after the backs with Nick Godfrey providing general support.
Lock Jez Hicks retains the first-team captaincy with Mike Dunbar skippering the seconds and Ran Pearman leading the thirds.
Flanker Tim Muller was named first-team player-of-the-season and also picked up the players' player award.
