Oxford UCCE's reign as one-day kings in the BUSA Championship is over.

Needing to beat Durham UCCE to stand a chance of reaching the semi-finals, the holders slipped to a 28-run defeat in The Parks on Monday.

Durham rattled up 263-4 from their 50 overs with Paul Dixey (69), Laurie Evans (62no) and Nick Prowting (50) taking a liking to the Oxford bowling.

Tarique Kalam (48) and Peter Wilshaw (43) gave Oxford hope, but with John Morris picking up 4-44 they were all out for 235.
