Vale of White Horse Schools under 15s downed holders Slough 1-0 at Milton United to book their place in the final of the Hobbs Cup.
The decisive moment came in just the second minute of the semi-final clash.
An inswinging corner from Jack Stevens bounced in the six-yard box and crept inside the far post for the only goal.
Despite chances from Chris Mortimore and Joe Fleming, Vale were unable to add to their lead, but were rarely troubled at the other end and saw the game out comfortably.
Vale will face either Cheltenham or Oxford City in the final.
