Eddie Pepperell's fine early season form continued with a fourth-place finish in the McEvoy Trophy at Copt Heath.
The 16-year-old Drayton Park member from Abingdon was a model of consistency in the leading boys' open tournament.
Pepperell shot round of 70 and 72 on both days to tie for fourth spot in a level-par total of 284.
He was seven shots behind winner Matt Haines from Kent.
