Ryan Carters and John Barrett hit half-centuries to set Oxford on the way to a 99-run win at Cumnor in the Bernard Tollett Oxfordshire Cup quarter-finals.
Carters made 69 and Barrett 50 as Oxford rattled up 210-7 off their 20 overs.
Cumnor were then shot out for 111 with Andrew Clough taking 3-22.
Tim Paine blasted 57 as Banbury won by eight wickets at Shipton-under-Wychwood, who were held to 110-8.
Aston Rowant captain Josh Smith hit 49 to put his side on the way to a 62-run victory at Tiddington.
Rowant posted 165-7, which proved too many for the hosts.
