FC Chequers went through with a 3-1 win over Aston Res.
They scored through Dan Harwood (2) and Ollie Smith, with Simon Isherwood getting their reply.
It took penalties to split Two Rivers and Spartan Rangers A, Rivers emerging 3-1 winners in the shoot-out.
The game had finished 3-3 after extra time, Bartek Lachwicz, Petr Wodz and John Tilson on target for Rivers, with Ryan Hunt (2) and Rob Hadley replying.
