Grove suffered last-minute heartbreak as they lost 1-0 to Ardington in the semi-finals.
With the sides locked at 0-0 extra-time looked likely, only for Stuart Morrison to get the last-minute winner for Ardington.
Grove started well, with Alan Swann and Tom Wells going close.
After the break, Ollie O'Hanlon's chip went over the Grove bar, before Chris Roche's 25-yard effort fizzed over.
Then as extra-time beckoned, Morrison popped up to end Grove's hopes.
Ardington will meet Lambourn Sports in the final on Saturday, May 12 at Abingdon United, after they beat Faringdon Town 2-1, with goals from Andy Bulloch and Adrian Mooney. Darren Clark replied.
