Relegated Chinnor were no match for leaders Southend, losing 49-5 in Essex.
Things looked bleak once prop Paddy Conlon was sin-binned in the first minute and Southend never let up the pressure.
Chinnor's only try came through John Pritchard after 77 minutes, which was the last score of the match.
Before that Southend had run in tries from Ben McKeith (3), Faapoloo Soolefai (2) Chris Green and Paul Goodey.
Andy Frost, who was also yellow-carded, converted each one.
