Nelson secured the Premier Section title in the Oxford & District League after a 4-1 victory at Gladiators B.
Pete Ewins won the first game, and there were further victories for Ray Sturgess (6,630), Pauline Withey (5,550) and Keith Sheard (20,540).
Dolphin A took the runners-up spot with a 4-1 win against Democrats A.
Masons A won the Section 1 crown with a 4-1 home win against Gladiators A.
Martyn Wood (5,890), Mick Murphy (4,270), Dave Rose (9,310) and Alan Lowe (3,340) won for the champions, with Frank Cox (5,500) getting Gladiators' point.
Long-time leaders Democrats A had to be content with the runners-up spot after losing 3-2 at home to Masons B.
