Entries are now open for the Oxford In2Touch Summer League, which starts on May 21.
The six-a-side touch rugby tournament will feature men's and mixed competitions and run for eight weeks at Oxford RFC.
Mixed teams must have a minimum of two women on the field at all times, but if they play with three women on the field, they will receive a bonus point.
Each team will play a 40 minute game per night, and a receive a set of playing shirts and a ball upon entry.
League manager Paul Farrington said: "I am really looking forward to a great summer of touch rugby in Oxford.
"There are now over 650 people playing in the Thames Valley region, and more and more people are finding out why this sport is so popular worldwide.
"It's a perfect way to relieve stress after work, and with no contact it's a hugely social sport, which men and women can play on the same teams."
Social training sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm at Oxford RFC.
Entry costs £220 for a squad of up to 12 players. Visit www.in2touch.com or email thamesvalley@in2touch.com
