Radley veteran Jackie Charles won two gold medals and two bronze at the European Masters Indoor Championships in Helsinki, Finland.

Her first gold came in the penathlon with a new British age record points score of 3,731 in the vet 65 category.

In the first of the five events, the 60m hurdles, she also broke the British age record with 12.43secs.

Later came bronze in the individual 60m hurdles and triple jump, where she leapt 7.71m.

And to cap off a fine championships, she ran a superb second leg of the 4x200m relay to held the Great Britain team to gold.

Witney Roadrunner Charlie Batts finished a creditable 10th in the vet 45 category.

He recorded a personal best of 2,485 points, recording season's bests in the 60m hurdles (11.43), high jump (1.34m) and shot (7.64m).

He also took part in the individual long jump, where he leapt 5.03m to finish 17th.
