Kevin Pietersen treated spectators to a batting masterclass in The Parks today.
The former England batsman started slowly in his innings against Oxford MCCU, but soon hit top gear.
Pietersen reached his century off 110 balls with a superb four through the covers, and then really opened his shoulders.
He hit Matthew Hughes for two successive sixes, before reaching 150 not out off 137 balls.
He eventually fell for 170, caught by Jack McIver off the bowling of Abi Sakande.
His 149-ball innings contained 24 fours and two sixes.
Around 800 spectators were watching Pietersen, who is bidding to try and forge an England recall.
