North Leigh twice came from behind to beat Oxford United 3-2 to reach the Oxfordshire Senior Cup final.

The Millers, depleted by injury and unavailability, hit back to stun United at Banbury United’s Spencer Stadium.

Morgan Williams netted the winner on 64 minutes, curling a corner straight into the net to set up a meeting with Banbury in the final.

Millers boss Mark Gee said: “I wish we would do it every week.”

Josh Shama opened the scoring for United on 20 minutes from close range.

Michael Hopkins quickly levelled, but an Elliott Osborne-Ricketts own goal from 20 yards gave the U’s a half-time lead.

But United were stunned by two goals in four minutes after the break.

Callum McNish’s low strike made it 2-2 before Williams took advantage of the strong wind.

Mickey Lewis, United’s first team coach, said: “It’s a good lesson for the young kids.”
