Oxfordshire Senior Cup
Tom Foley scored his first goals for Banbury as they eased their way into the final with a comfortable semi-final victory against a battling Hellenic League outfit at Court Place Farm, last night.
Holders Banbury now meet the winners of next Tuesday's Ardley United v Oxford City tie in the final at the Kassam Stadium on a date yet to be announced.
Early on, Foley was twice denied by Chinnor keeper Ben Marshall, before James Ford fired Chinnor's only chance wide.
On 24 minutes, Foley slotted his first before doubling his tally after a good cross from Jacob Goddard.
And it was 3-0 on 36 minutes when George Redknap scored his third goal in four games after Andy Baird headed the ball down.
Foley had a great chance to get a deserved hat-trick, but blasted wide.
After the break, Howard Forinton made it 4-0 with a superb strike. He chested down a long clearance before turning and firing home.
It was all over when Baird bagged No 5 seven minutes from time.
