Headington B clinched the Division 2 title in the Five Disciplines League by overcoming The Park in their last match of the season.
Set a target of 207 points to overtake previous leaders Cramic, who had already completed their fixtures, Headington scored a 226-193 win, in spite of strong opposition from The Park's John Boyd.
Boyd opened the evening with a mixed win partnering Jackie Yeulet and was also last on court halving a men's doubles with Nick Hare.
Headington, hosting the final round, dominated the remaining matches, thanks to the unbeaten Becky Foster.
After winning her singles 25-8, 25-7, Foster combined with Heather Titcombe for a 25-16, 25-23 women's doubles success.
Headington finished the season with five wins and one loss against Oxford University, who finished bottom mainly due to conceding a match earlier in the season.

In the Oxford and District League Mixed Division 3, Didcot Power brushed aside St Clements with the loss of just one rubber.
Women's Division 1 action saw Leys conquer Wantage 7-2.
Windrush rose from third to first in Division 2 of the Wallingford Three Disciplines League with a maximum 180 over fifth-placed Didcot Nomads.
Basement team Blewbury gained their first success of the season, winning 147-113 against Icknield.
Headington B managed a Division 3 win over St Clements thanks to their unbeaten mixed pair of Johnny Carter and Foster.

Matthew Arnold School, Cumnor, will represent Oxfordshire at the Inter-School Regional Tournament at Wantage Leisure Centre on Friday.
