Matty Aplin hammered a hat-trick for Harwell Village as they reached the final of the War Memorial Cup with a 6-0 thrashing of Didcot Casuals.
He bagged his first, before Harwell's stand-in keeper Danny Morris denied Luke Hammond a leveller.
Tom Fisher then doubled Harwell's advantage, with JR Willis hitting No 3.
Wayne Jacks then cleared off Didcot's line, before Aplin then completed his treble and Willis grabbed his second.
The final is at Wantage Town on April 27.
Marcham Res threw away the lead as they bowed out of the Nairne Paul Cup with a 3-1 defeat against Lambourn Sports Res.
Matt Thomas had put Marcham ahead.
