John Griffiths, from Headington Roadrunners, posted his 50th Oxford Mail Cross Country League finish at Banbury.
It took Griffiths 14 seasons, to reach the milestone, since making his debut in December 1993.
His personal best of tenth came at Cirencester in February 1998, and he has led the Headington A team six times.
His greatest achievement is that he holds the club record for the highest number of A team finishes - a staggering total of 40!
