Richard Berry scored a century, but could not prevent Littlemore RBL losing 4-2 at home to Thame A in the Gentworks Oxford & Diustrict League’s Simonds Cup.
Berry’s 107-12 win over Jon Bishop brought Littlemore back into the match at 3-2, but Rob Sellwood sealed Thame’s win with a 75-47 success in the final frame.
Another player to reach a ton was Paul Chester, who won his frame 101-10 in Premier Division leaders Abingdon Conservative A’s 4-1 success at home to Witney A.
Results went to the formbook as they did also in the Sherlock Cup for teams in the bottom two divisions.
