London Welsh scrum coach Matt Ferguson says motivation should never be an issue for London Welsh.
The Exiles would be forgiven for lacking a bit of confidence after their poor start to the season.
But Ferguson said that the players and staff were still full of belief.
“The confidence and willingness to come and work hard is incredible across the board,” he said.
“If we can’t get up for an opportunity and a challenge like we face in the Aviva Premiership, I’m not sure we are really right for the job.
“I believe that we have the ability to ask questions of teams and compete.
“It’s not just about focusing on wins.
“The important thing is the performance for 80 minutes, which we do control.
“The results will take care of themselves.”
