He saw off Lewis Moss, 21, to help Riley B move off the bottom of Division 1 with a 3-0 win against Riley A.
Connor Jones (+70) beat Peter Franklin (+70) 150-133, before Baker (+80) saw off Lewis (-10) 200-106.
Bob Hayward (+90) sealed it with a 200-133 win against Malcolm Bough (+20).
