Oxford United are entering a Junior 16 team in the Oxford Schools Dry Rowing Competition, which takes place next February.
Organised by the Hinksey Sculling School to raise funds for the club, the competition last year attracted more than 600 entries.
This year, they are aiming to break the 1,000 mark.
