Oakley United came out on top 3-1 at Adderbury Park in the battle between the two Premier Division clubs with 100 per cent records.

The hosts dominated the first half, but it was the visitors who made it six wins from as many games with goals from Kieran Schmidt, Adam Beckett and Jordan Jenkins.

Junior Howards’ stunning 30-yard strike proved in vain for Adderbury, who are now six points behind the leaders.

Joseph Barrett bagged a brace, including the winner, as Hors-path triumphed 4-3 at home to Riverside.

Carl Bloomfield beat Horspath’s offside trap to lob the goalkeeper and give Riverside the lead, but Barrett equalised almost immediately.

Paul Cooper fired home from close range to give Horspath the lead just before half-time, and within five minutes of the restart Craig Pitson slotted past the advancing keeper to increase the hosts’ lead.

But Bloomfield’s second and Levi Thomas’s long-range strike hauled Riverside level, only for Barrett to fire in the winner from the edge of the box.

Bletchingdon were left to rue missed chances as they were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Oxford University Press.

The visitors dominated the first half and Sam Wharton’s lob gave them the lead after a defensive mix-up.

Bletchingdon changed tactics and formation at half-time, and levelled when full back Callum Lloyd’s powerful shot from 20 yards squirmed through the fingers of Press goalkeeper Chris Hickin.

Ben Foster then missed three glorious chances for Bletchingdon and also struck the bar with a bullet header as Press hung on.

Kindlington Res made it three straight wins in Division 1 with a 3-2 victory at Watlington Town.

Simon Grossman fired Kidlington ahead with a penalty after an infringement by John Little.

Max Dunhall leapt highest to head home a Kidlington corner, and Harry Dalton pounced on a Watlington mistake to make it 3-0.

Watlington rallied in the second half, and Alan Stevenson pulled a goal back with a shot into the bottom corner, before Damian Rigozzi netted a penalty with the last kick of the game after Chris Little was dragged down in the area.

Middleton Cheney stay top after Sam Matthew’s first-half strike was enough for a 1-0 win at Eynsham.

Broughton & North Newington opened their account with a 2-0 home win over North Oxford.

The hosts took the lead after 17 minutes when Gareth Davies headed a corner back into the penalty area, and Richard Whitton planted a diving header into the bottom corner.

Adderbury Park Res fired a four-goal salvo in the last 15 minutes to record a 4-0 win at Oxford University Press Res and go top.

Karl Wade, Louis Winkworth, Neil Slidmore and Ashley Wingrove did the damage.

Lewis Stayte’s double helped Stonesfield Res kick-off with a 4-1 win at Middleton Cheney Res.

James Cook and Rick Higgs also netted for Stonesfield, with Matty Ward’s cross in the first half sailing into the net for Cheney’s lone reply.

In Division 3, Horspath Res got off the mark in style by crushing hosts North Oxford Res 7-1.

Seb Warner (2), Simon Evans (2), Paul Flack, Andy Kirtland and an own goal made up Horspath’s tally, with Luke Trotman replying.

Charlton United Res inflicted a first defeat on Launton Sports Res with a 2-1 home victory.

Steven McGloclain smashed home Charlton’s opener, only for Mark Hobbs to equaliser.

Charlton were back in front before half-time when Leon Sofroniou’s 25-yard drive went through the Launton keeper’s legs.

To add to Launton’s woes they had a player sent off late on for foul and abusive language.
