Adam Kelly hit a hat-trick as Kirtlington thrashed Corinthians 7-2.
Nathan Kelley and Shaun Probitts each scored twice, as Frank Webb and Luke Cuthbert replied for the visitors.
Hosts Witney Wanderers went down 5-1 to Bampton Town.
Stuart Morrison scored for Witney, but a hat-trick from Dave Nawolynsty and further goals from Ollie Hawkins and Tom Coppinger settled the tie.
