OXFORD University captain Kevin Brennan said leading the team out at Twickenham will be the highlight of his career.
And Brennan, who will take over as master in charge of rugby at Abingdon School in September, is hopeful of an attacking game.
He said: "I was delighted that the players voted me in to do the job and then made selecting the team so difficult.
"Even when the team was named, they have supported the decisions. It will definitely be my proudest moment when I lead them out.
"We are pleased with the way the season has developed. We have built up some momentum at the right time.
"But we also know that Cambridge have had a similar run to us."
Oxford's players trained hard until Friday and have used the past few days to ease down ahead of the big match.
