Oxfordshire's teams were out of luck in the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps.
Romain Grosjean, driving an Enstone-based Lotus, produced the best result with eighth place as Sebastian Vettel took the honours for Red Bull.
Fernando Alonso was second in a Ferrari, with Lewis Hamilton third in a Mercedes.
Grosjean's teammate, Kimi Raikkonen, retired after 25 laps.
Valtteri Bottas was 15th in a Grove-based Williams with teammate Pastor Maldonado 17th.
Sanwiched between them was Giedo van der Garde for the Leafield-based Caterham team.
His teammate, Charles Pic, retired after eight laps.
Jules Bianchi and Max Chilton finished 18th and 19th respectively in the Banbury-based Marussia.
