Brook House 0, Abingdon Utd 3

TWO goals from Jermaine McSporran and one from Micheas Herbert gave Abingdon the points from their trip to west London in Division 1 South & West.

Both sides struggled to adapt to a heavy pitch, but he game came to life ten minutes before the break.

Abingdon took the lead when Ryan Brooks's corner was misjudged by the home keeper and the ball found it's way to Herbert, who headed home.

A minute after the break, McSporran delivered a big blow to the home side as he drilled home a low shot into the bottom corner.

As Brook House tried to hit back, space opened up and Abingdon exploited this to great advantage.

A curling ball over the defence was powerfully headed goalwards by James Organ, but a spectacular save from Harry denied a goal.

But it was 3-0 after 66 minutes when a long throw was flicked on, and Harry produced another flying save.

But the ball fell to McSporran, who swept it into the net.

McSporran looped another effort just over the bar, then near the end, Herbert had the ball in the net, only for the goal to be ruled out for offside.
