Headington Ams 1, Penn & Tylers Grn 1 JAMIE Mundy suffered a broken collar bone after only ten minutes, which unsettled the home side.
There followed an uneventful first half, in which the only real chance saw substitute James Green's header come back off the bar, and Jason Maciak's follow-up being cleared off the line.
On the hour, keeper Dan Bianchini saved well with his legs, and the visitors also missed an open goal on 77 minutes.
The deadlock was broken in the 81st minute when Ben Baldwin forced a fingertip save from Jack Dixon, but from the resulting corner, Maciak bundled the ball home in a goalmouth scramble.
Headington could only hold the lead for two minutes, however, as the visitors equalised when Klaus Buckle put through his own net.
