Oxford Downs are Oxfordshire Under 13 champions.
A great spell of bowling from Lucy Thomas helped Downs to a 25-run victory over Charlbury in the final.
After electing to bat first, Charlbury made steady progress, but were pinned back by Thomas.
She returned figures of 3-9 from her four overs to restrict her opponents to 154.
Two early wickets from captain Jacqui Mayho put Downs on the back foot at the start of their reply.
But an excellent 26 from Deanna Stamp, which included five fours, put them back in the driving seat.
Some solid play then saw them to 179, Mayho finishing with 3-18.
Charlbury had reached the last four by beating Freeland by 41 runs.
Frankie Penton took 2-1 as Charlbury made 174.
But Freeland struggled in their reply, reaching just 133.
