Oxfordshire Under 15 champions Banbury bowed out by 94 runs to hosts Bristol in the first round of the ECB National Club Championship.
Bristol chose to bat first, and posted a formidable 182-3 off their 20 overs.
Jordan Helps, Luke Wetherill and Sam Pearce took the three wickets to fall. In reply, Banbury were unable to keep up with the demanding run rate.
They eventually closed on 88-4, Helps top-scoring with 30.
