Matt Maule smashed a blistering century to set Tiddington on the way to a crushing 158-run win at Abingdon Vale in the second round.
He hammered 111 as Tiddington rattled up a formidable 215-5, before Abingdon crashed to 57 all out.
Matt Weeks (4-11) and Sam Hollingshead (3-28) were the chief destroyers.
Oxford stormed past Faringdon’s 81-5 to win by eight wickets off 11.1 overs.
Skipper Ian Crosby led the onslaught with 28 off nine balls as the hosts were brushed aside.
Mark Murfitt had earlier taken 3-11 for Oxford.
