Chloe Dowhunek top-scored with 53 in Oxford’s 136, while Vicky Strode took 3-41.
Rhian Todd made 30 before Florey steered Charlbury to 137-6 in 33 overs.
Banbury went top of Division 2 after a nine-wicket win over Thrapston.
Thrapston were held to 110-5 before Banbury cruised home in 15 overs thanks to Chloe Hill (51no) and Pia Davies (47no).
