GRAHAM Judd starred with bat and ball as Westbury took over at the top of Division 1 after an 88-run victory at East & West Hendred on Saturday.

He led the way with an unbeaten 53 in Westbury’s 218-7, while Hendred’s Jack Mulford took 6-72.

Judd then captured 5-23 and Richard Tredwell 4-22 as Hendred subsided to 130, Ivan Mulford contributing 57 for the home side.

Chadlington’s Matthew Duester claimed 5-45 to help his side to a four-wicket win at Hook Norton.

Hooky had posted 168 thanks to Tom Bartlett’s excellent 105.

Dave Prosper’s 5-33 proved decisive in Garsington’s one-wicket home win against Charlbury.

The visitors were shot out for 98, and then Augustine Robertson scored 58 as Garsington edged to 100-9.

Cowley Internationals maintained their 100 per cent record with a 46-run victory at Marsh Gibbon in Division 2.

Cowley posted 165-8 after lengthy rain delays, before Marsh Gibbon were dismissed for 119 in reply.

Faringdon kept up the pressure, sweeping aside visitors Chipping Norton by seven wickets.

Will Oglesby claimed 4-24 in Chippy’s 106 all out, Mike Hume hitting 59 to steer Faringdon to 107-3.

Great Horwood slipped to their first defeat, falling by 86 runs at Clifton Hampden.

Morley Benson (40) led Clifton to 158-6 in a match reduced to 38 overs a side by rain.

Darren Clark (4-17) shone as Horwood were skittled for 72.

Jamie Litherland’s 85 helped Winslow Town to a 49-run victory at Watlington, while Ganeshamoothy Deepen hit 57 as Tetsworth eased past Stonesfield by 81 runs.

In Division 3, an unbroken double century first-wicket partnership between Colin Mercer and Nick Burton helped Wantage to a resounding 130-run win at Chesterton.

Mercer cracked 117 not out and Burton 79 not out as Wantage rattled up 232-0.

Grant Summersbee then claimed 4-22 in Chesterton’s 102.

Cairns Fudge stayed top with a 12-run home win over Radley.

Fudge struggled to 135-9 and Radley were restricted to 123-9.

In Division 4, Eynsham leapfrogged Wootton & Boars Hill to go top with a four-wicket away success.

Wootton posted 163-7, Sam Jones taking 4-38, while Eynsham replied with 164-6 despite Damien Wiskin’s 4-45.

Hailey rattled up 187-9 at home to Garsington 2nd to set up a 95-run victory.

Joel King (77no) and Simon Hadland (63) were the batting stars for Hailey, before Daniel King took 4-23 as Garsington were shot out for 92.

All-rounder Barry Nutt shone in Charlbury 2nd’s five-run home win over West Ilsley. He scored 57 in Charlbury’s 152, then claimed 5-32 as Ilsley were held to 147-8.

Ralp Bishop stole the show with a century which helped set up a 125-run win for Kidlington at Cassington Rescue in Division 5.

Bishop made 105 and Tom Bozman 58 as Kidlington amassed 254-4, Rescue replying with 129.

Kilkenny cruised to a 100-run victory at Great Horwood 2nd.

Jason Penn (91) and Tom Poole (70) led Kilkenny to 241-8, and Horwood crawled to 141-8 in reply.

Marcham crushed visitors Kennington by nine wickets.

Stuart Armstrong’s 4-38 restricted Kennington to 115-9, before James France plundered 70 not out in Marcham’s 119-1.

Superb figures of 4-6 from ten overs by Adam Shorten overs set up Uffington’s 83-run home win against West Witney.

Andy Radcliffe hit 48 in Uffington’s 162 all out, the visitors falling for 79.

Dorchester stayed clear at the top of Division 6, after beating visitors Oxenford 2nd by 49 runs.

Adrian Redhead (60) and Tom Harris (59no) led Dorchester to 182-6, before the visitors were bowled out for 133.

Shrivenham 2nd stay second thanks to a two-wicket victory at home to Faringdon 2nd.

Thomas Swann claimed 5-32 in Faringdon’s 152-9, then Andrew Bowles hit 75 as Shrivenham reached 153-8.

Minster Lovell 2nd won a thriller at Hanney by one run.

Having been shot out for 83, Jamie Thomson taking 4-9, Minster dismissed their hosts for 82.

Jack Green (61) and John Fitsell (52no) led Brill to 123-1 and a nine-wicket win at Sunningwell.

In Division 6, Uffington 2nd were shot out for a paltry 45, crashing to a ten-wicket defeat at Westbury 2nd. Nick Blithe was the hero with 6-17.

Bampton ran out 44-run winners at Swinbrook 2nd.

Richard Pitt led the way with 69 in Bampton’s 192-8, and Swinbrook were dismissed for 148 in their reply, despite 56 from Rob Grant.

Philmore Miller claimed 6-13 to help Tetsworth 2nd to a 59-run win at Stonesfield 2nd.

Tetsworth had been rolled over for 123 as Mark Jordan took 5-41, but Stonesfield then crashed to 64 all out thanks to Miller’s six-wicket haul.

Broughton & North Newington 2nd’s Neil Mepham smashed 101 to help his side to a 70-run victory over Marcham 2nd in Division 8.

In Division 9, Paul Hicks hit a superb century (122no) as Garsington 3rd saw off Sunningwell 2nd by 32 runs.
