A remarkable spell of bowling by George Neyroud propelled Combe into the last four of the Ron Maudsley Under 13 Trophy.
Neyroud took four wickets for two runs as Bicester & North Oxford collapse from 27-0 to 65 all out.
Combe slipped to 20-4 in reply, but Jamie Parker steadied the ship with an unbeaten 27 which saw the hosts home by two wickets.
They are joined in the semi-finals by Thame Town, who won by four wickets against Oxford.
