BRADLEY Smith will race in this weekend's MotoGP at Mugello despite needing an operation following a crash in practice this afternoon.
The Oxfordshire rider will require a skin graft next week after his left arm was briefly trapped under his Yamaha in a heavy fall.
He was assessed by medical staff at the Italian circuit, who have cleared Smith to compete this weekend.
