BANBURY will visit Cropredy in the second round on Tuesday, June 11, after originally being drawn away to Didcot.
Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts, who were paired with Cropredy, will now travel south to Didcot.
Explaining the changes, competition organiser Chris Bishop said: “Logistically I could not see how Banbury could travel 30 miles on a Tuesday evening to play a Twenty20 game to start at 6pm.
“Commonsense prevailed I feel.”
Amended 2nd round draw (Tues, June 11): Horspath v Tiddington, Oxenford v Thame Town, Cropredy v Banbury, Aston Rowant v Oxford, Faringdon v Challow & Childrey, Shipton-under-Wychwood v Cumnor, Oxford Downs v Great & Little Tew, Didcot v Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts.
